8 STEPS TO REPROGRAM YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

How to brainwash yourself in 21 Days

To transform your life, you must choose a better reality and reprogram yourself.  


 

In this post, I’ll share with you the 8 simple steps to reprogram your subconscious mind. 

I’ve learned that in order to reach the level of prosperity that one desires you’ll need to reprogram your subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind is very powerful but very vulnerable, so handle with care.

  • It is a giant tape recorder
  • It is always recording what you are seeing and hearing
  • It knows only now and does not comprehend the future
  • It forms our habit 95% of the things we say today we thought and said yesterday
  • It can’t distinguish between your imagination or a real event
  • If you affirm it enough through repetition it begins to attract the desire

Step 1: Write it Down On Paper

You must be clear, so take a sheet of paper and write down what it is that you desire in complete details. If it is a home, a car, going diamond that you want then, you must be HD clear with the details. 

Create your desires through the power of your words but you must also be patient and wait for the manifestation to take place.

Step 2: Begin With the End in Mind 

Next, begin to visualize yourself attaining your desired object. You’ll want to make mental movies in your mind and play them out as if they are already a reality. 

Remember that the subconscious mind cannot tell the difference visualization and reality.  

Step 3: Turn off the TV

Stop watching television shows and movies the conflicts with your new belief.

Remember that the subconscious mind never sleeps and is highly influenced, therefore, only feed it with things that are going to help you achieve the object of your desire.  

Only feed your subconscious mind things that will aid you in attaining your desired lifestyle and desired object.  

For 3o days discipline yourself and go on a news fast for to speak in doing this, you’ll see that you are less anxious and more motivated and more likely attract the thing that you want to manifest. 

Step 4: Create a Short Affirmation 

Now it’s time to create a short but sweet affirmation that implies that you already have your desired object.

Here you are going create an affirmation that starts only with I am or I have. The goal is to start your affirmation in the present tense. 

So for example, if it’s the Diamond Lifestyle that you want then start with,  “I am so thankful and grateful now that I am living the #1 lifestyle in the world.”

Step 5: Create an Alarm on Your Phone 

Create an alarm on your cell phone that is going to remind you that it is time to recite your chosen affirmation.  

For this Step, you will want to choose only one affirmation not a lengthy one.

Set a timer on your phone that will prompt you to repeat your affirmation a minimum of three times daily, one per hour would be best, to drive it deep into your subconscious mind and do it as quickly as possible.

As you say your affirmation over and over again, notice that you will have visions and it’s a good thing, even better attach them feelings—although at 1st it may seem foolish continue with it for 21 days and watch things happen. 

Step 6: Listen to Affirmations  

In Step 4 you created a short affirmation and in Step 5 you created and alarm and now we put them together.

In this step, you are going to listen to affirmations or you can create your own. Make sure that it supports your desired goal.  

Make an MP3 and put it on your phone and listen to it over and over again. The key is to listen to it on a low comfortable volume repeating it over and over again especially while you sleep. 

Your mind is always listing and is completely vulnerable when in a dream like state.

Make it a habit of listening to only things that are positive, things that bring you closer to your goals just before going off to sleep.  

You will begin to adopt what you hear in your affirmation as build your belief system.  

Step 7: The Power of Speaking

Begin to about the thing that you desire as if it has already in effect. 

For example, you are speaking with a friend and you’re discussing money matters.

Speak to your friend about money like you are already as affluent as you would like to be.  

Meaning practice the habit of using your imagination like a child would and―act as if. 

Remember that your reality is a direct result of your imagination. 

Step # 8: Repeat it Day and Night

New habits and beliefs are formed through repetition.  

Remember that it takes a minimum of 21 days to form a new habit and to reprogram your subconscious mind.  

 

In conclusion, you must program yourself for success or for any desirable undertaking.

If you fail to train your brain then other outside sources are waiting to program you for their own causes.  

Here’s to happiness, abundance,  self-confidence,  and the fulfillment that programming your own mind can lead to.

 All it takes is a small amount of desire and dedication and repetition over the course of 21 days or more.
